Alane Ferguson

 Alane Ferguson (born 1957) is an American author from the United States. For Show Me the Evidence, she was awarded the Edgar Award in 1990 for Best Young Adult Mystery Novel. Ferguson was born in Cumberland (Maryland) in the year 1957. Her mother is a children's writer Gloria Skurzynski. Ferguson collaborated with her mother in a series of novels called Mysteries in Our National Parks to be published by the National Geographic Society. Ferguson is the writer of a variety of books and mysteries, including the Edgar Award-winning Show Me The Evidence. The books she writes are the product of years of research that she does by attending autopsies, interviewing forensic pathologists, and writing columns. Her past as a rugby player is what makes her different. Her opinions and discourses are notable. The people around her can sense her extraordinary energy in view of her fervor and soul. Nina and Bret Ferguson invited their first child, Allana Fergusson, into the world on May 21, 1993, in Sutherland Shire, Australia. Allana's three other brothers are also rugby players in the group. Since she was a child she always had a desire to play the sport of rugby. Her passions included rugby, sports TV, and travel.
