Alycia Jasmin Debnam-Carey was born on 20 July 1993. Her most famous roles include Lexa the dystopian science fictional character from The 100 (2014–2016; 2020) as well as Alicia Clark on Fear the Walking Dead (2015–2022). In 2003 she made her feature debut in a film with Rachel Ward's Australian drama Martha's New Coat. She also made her debut in feature films with the American disaster film Into the Storm (2014). Her directorial debut was in 2022, with the season "Ofelia" in the seventh season of Fear the Walking Dead. Debnam-Carey also played an actor in supporting roles in the short film The Branch (2010), At the Tattooist (2010) and The Branch (2011). She also appeared in Resistance in 2010 and was a guest on the show Dance Academy, an Australian drama series.
