She is most famous for her YouTube channel and formerly her Vine profile, which had over 4 million followers. Playboy magazine has named her Playmate of October 2011. Cerny began modeling for fun at the age of 15. She was recognized by Playboy as the Playmate of the Month in their October edition of 2011. Cerny began posting content on Vine, and had over 4.6 million followers. She was a household name on YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and Twitter. In August 2017, Cerny was named head of music streaming platform LiveXLive's newly created Digital Talent Division. Cerny was also featured in Cardi B's official video "I Like It" along with J Balvin, Bad Bunny and Cerny in June 2018. Cerny shot a Punjabi music video "Where Baby Where" together alongside Gippy Grewal in January 2020.
