McGrady began her career as a straight sized model when she was just 15 years old. At 19, she decided to start plus size modeling due to the fact that she was not able to keep the 00 standard established by her agency. She was just 16 and became the most affluent model to be featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2017. In the year 2019, McGrady was the first plus-size model to cover an issue of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. McGrady was born in Los Angeles to American actor Michael McGrady, and model Brynja McGrady. She is also the sister to Michaela McGrady who is also a model. Model Citizen is a podcast which hosts the sisters. 4. Her younger brother Tynan was killed in a car accident in 2021.McGrady got married to advertising executive Brian Keys in 2019. She had her first child with a son in 2021.
