Natalie Dormer was born 11 February 1982 in London. She has been awarded an Empire Award and received nominations for two Gemini Awards, two Critics Choice Awards, and two Screen Actor Guild Awards. Her breakout role as Anne Boleyn on the show on Showtime, The Tudors (2007-08), received acclaim from all over the world. In Sweet Nothings (2010), she made her stage debut. She also portrayed Irene Adler/Moriarty on the CBS series Elementary (2013-15) as well as Sara Price/Jess price (2016 and 2017) as well as Onica in The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance (2019). Her character in Penny Dreadful: City of Angels in a miniseries that focused on her life, received praise.
