Bo Burnham

 Robert Pickering "Bo" Burnham (born 1990) is an American comedian and musician actor, filmmaker, and musician. Burnham's comedy usually is a blend of sketch, musical, and stand-up components. He was an established YouTube star in the late 2000s and gained popularity in the late 2010s due to his comical subversion and satirical stand-up. Burnham released four comedy albums and three comedy specials with Comedy Central Records: Words, Words & Words (2010) and What?. (2013) and Make Happy (2016). He was also a co-star in the MTV mockumentary Zach Stone is Gonna be Famous (2013) and released Egghead The Or You Can't Stay Alive on Ideas Alone (2013). He announced a shift in his career away from performing comedy in 2016 , before creating and directing the critically acclaimed drama film Eighth Grade (2018). He also has directed comedians' comedy specials and also starred in the Oscar Award-winning comedy-thriller film Promising Young Woman (2020).Burnham created and starred in his fourth comedy special, Inside (2021), without a crew or public during the COVID-19 pandemic. the film was released by Netflix to great acclaim. It was nominated in six categories during the 73rd Emmy Awards, winning Outstanding Directing for a Variety Special, Outstanding Music Direction and Outstanding Writing for the Variety Special. The 64th Grammy Awards, Inside was nominated for Best Music Film and Best Song composed for Visual Media winning the award for the latter. Three tracks from the film also appeared on the Billboard charts and were certified as gold in the United States, as was the album that was released to accompany it, Inside (The Songs).
