Travis Scott

 Jacques Bermon Webster II, born on April 30, 1991, is better known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) and is an American rapper. The stage name he uses is the name of a beloved uncle, and also the initial name given to Kid Cudi, his inspiration (whose real name was Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his first major label contract with Epic Records. He also signed a publishing agreement for GOOD Music with Kanye West. He signed a recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. He is signed to Epic as well as T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first project that was full-length, the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in the year 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released his debut full-length project, Owl Pharaoh, and was followed by Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his first studio album. It featured the smash track "Antidote". His sophomore album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. In the next year, Scott released a collaborative album with Quavo called Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the group name Huncho Jack.In 2018, his third album, Astroworld, was released to acclaim from critics and also produced his first Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). In late 2019 Scott's record label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys that topped the Billboard 200. The song, "Franchise", featuring Young Thug (featuring M.I.A. ), was released. in 2020, Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs hit the top spot in less than a year. Scott is well-known as an artist and is a well-known figure in pop culture over the years of his career. Scott has worked with numerous organizations, including Nike, Dior and McDonald's, in addition to his well-publicized relationship with Kylie Jenner (an American media model). Scott founded the record label Cactus Jack Records in 2017. Scott has been the recipient of four Billboard Hot 100 number-one hits and has charted over 80 songs during his career. In addition, he was nominated for eight Grammy Awards and won a Billboard Music Award, Latin Grammy Award, MTV Video Music Award, and multiple BET Hip Hop Awards Scott is also gaining notoriety due to the legal and political issues surrounding the safety of his performances. Scott was performing at the Astroworld Festival in Houston, Texas in November 2021 when the crowd collapsed in mass casualties. This resulted in widespread condemnation.
