Allyson Felix

 Allyson Michelle Felix OLY born on November 18 1985 is an American retired track and field athlete. She participated in the 100m, 200m as well as 400m. From 2003 to 2013 she was a 200-meter specialist. Then, she switched to 400 meters in later years of her career. In 200 meters, Felix is the 2012 Olympic champion, a three-time world champion (2005-2009), twice an Olympic silver medalist (2004 and 2008) and the world bronze medalist. At 400 meters, she's the 2015 world champion, 2011 world silver medalist and the Olympic silver medalist, 2016 Olympic silver medalist, world bronze medalist, and 2020 Olympic bronze medalist. In the shorter distances, Felix is a ten-time U.S. national champion (2004 2005, 2007, 2007-2012 2015, and 2016). Felix was a major player on the United States women's relay teams which won six additional Olympic gold medals, including four consecutive gold medals at 4 x 400 meters (2008 2012, 2013, 2016, and 2020) as well as two medals at 4 x 100 meters (2012 and 2016). The women's 2012 U.S. Olympic 4 x 100 meters team set the current women's 4x 100 meters record of 40.82 seconds. With six gold medals from relays for teams and one individual event, Felix became the first female track and field athlete to ever be awarded seven Olympic gold medals. [3] She is also the most decorated female in Olympic track and field history as well as the most decorated American track and field athlete in Olympic history, having won 11 total medals in five consecutive Olympic Games Felix currently holds the title of the most decorated athlete, either male or female, throughout World Athletics Championships history with 20 career medals, 7 from individual events and 13 from relays for teams
