Jennifer Lynn Affleck (nee Lopez) was born on July 24 in 1969. She is also referred to as J.Lo. In the year 1991, she began performing on the In Living Color sketch comedy show as an actress and Fly Girl dancer. She was a regular on the show until 1993, when she decided to take up acting. It was her first Hispanic actress to earn more than $1,000,000 for her performance in Selena (1997). Following her performance in Selena (1997) the actress was the first Hispanic actress to earn over US$1 million in a film. Then, Lopez starred in the psychological thriller The Cell ((2000)). The second album of her studio J.Lo was released in conjunction with her romantic comedy The Wedding Planner. She was the first woman to release a top-selling album and a film in the same week. J to the L-O was her album from 2002. The Remixes was the first remix album to reach the top of the US Billboard 200. The singer dropped her third album "This is Me... And Then" in the following year. She also was featured in Maid in Manhattan.
