Mary Marg Helgenberger, born on 16 November 1958, is an American actress from the United States. Her professional career began in the late 1980s. She first became famous for her character in Siobhan Ryan in the daytime soap which ran from 1982 until 1986. Her roles included Catherine Willows (2000-13 CBS) as well as Immortality (2015) and Immortality (2015) also as K.C. Koloski was a supporting actor on the ABC drama China Beach (1988-1991), in which she was awarded the Emmy Award in 1990 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Drama Series. Her role includes the TV series Under the Dome, Intelligence and the movies Species (1995), Species II(1998), Erin Brockovich (2000) and Mr. Brooks (2007).
