Fuller's credits include the cult indie film Red White & Blue and Creature as well as appearances on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, NCIS, 7th Heaven, Judging Amy, Boston Public, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, 8 Simple Rules, The Division, Touched by an Angel, Malcolm in the Middle, The Practice, Without a Trace, L.A. Doctors, That 70s Show and a part in the graphic adventure game Frankenstein: Through the Eyes of the Monster. Fuller was the director of the Los Angeles production for the production This is our Youth, written by Kenneth Lonergan and starring Tyler Williams (of the TV show Everybody Hates Chris). Fuller was a recurring guest on the 2012 season of Grey's Anatomy on ABC.In 2012, Fuller joined the cast of the Tim Allen-starred ABC sitcom Last Man Standing, portraying the character of Kristin Baxter. She was replaced by Alexandra Krosney who played the character in the initial season. She also played Madison "Badison" Murphy in the last two seasons of Orange Is the New Black (2018-2019). Following the fact that Last Man Standing was cancelled by ABC and FOX Network, Fuller signed on to reprise her role of Kristin Baxter. Fuller was the director who was the first to be featured on Last Man Standing's season 8 episode "Garage Band".
