Jennifer Anne Garner was born on April 17 in 1972. Garner is an American actor. Her character in the role of CIA Officer Sydney Bristow on the ABC television show Alias (2001 through the year 2006) as well as her romantic comedy 13 Going on 30 (2004) are both well-known. Garner has been awarded numerous times including the Screen Actors Guild Award, an Golden Globe Award, and an Screen Actors Guild Award, with four nominations for the Primetime Emmy. Garner is also famous for her character of Sydney Bristow, a CIA officer in ABC's thriller series, spy-action, Alias (2001-2006). Garner began acting as an understudy Roundabout Theatre Company, New York City. In 1995, she made her debut on screen in the television adaptation of Danielle Steel's romantic novel Zoya. Her TV roles included guest and supporting roles, as also a part in Time of Your Life (1999-2000) as well as Pearl Harbor (2001). Garner was most well-known for her character of Sydney Bristow, CIA officer in ABC's spy-action thriller television series Alias (2001 until the year 2006). The actress was awarded four Primetime Emmy Awards, including the Outstanding Leading Actress in the Drama Series as well as the Golden Globe for Best Actress Television Series Drama. The performance she gave in 13 Going on 30 (2004) was highly praised and she was later cast to portray Elektra in the films about superheroes, Daredevil 2003 and Elektra 2005. The commercial success continued with her roles in Juno (2007) as well as the romantic comedy Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2010).
