Jennifer Garner

 Jennifer Anne Garner (born April 17 in 1972) is an American actress, best famous for her portrayal of CIA officer Sydney Bristow in the ABC spy-action thriller TV series Alias (2001-2006) as well as for her role in the romantic comedy film 13 Going on 30 (2004). Garner has been awarded numerous times, including the Screen Actors Guild Award, the Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award, with four nominations for the Primetime Emmy. Garner is also famous for her character of Sydney Bristow as CIA officer, in ABC's television show, a spy-action thriller called Alias (2001-2006). Garner began acting understudy in the Roundabout Theatre Company, New York City. In 1995 she made her screen debut with the TV adaptation of Danielle Steel's romantic novel Zoya. Her television roles included guest and support roles as also a part in Time of Your Life (1999-2000), and Pearl Harbor (2001). Garner was most well-known for her role as Sydney Bristow, CIA officer, in ABC's spy-action thriller TV series Alias (2001 to 2006). In recognition of her performance on the series, she won the Golden Globe for Best Actress - Television Series Drama and the Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Actress in a Television Drama, in addition to four consecutive nominations for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Leading Actress in an Drama Series. Her performance in 13 Going on 30 (2004) was well-received, and she was later cast to be the character Elektra in the films about superheroes, Daredevil 2003 and Elektra 2005. Her commercial successes continued when she appeared in Juno (2007) and the romantic comedy Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2010).
