Justin Ryan

 Justin Patrick Ryan and Colin Lewis McAllister are interior decorators from Scotland. They have also been co-hosts since 1986. Ryan is credited with the introduction of laminate flooring in British homes. They had an intimate civil wedding ceremony in London on February 15 in 2008, and later took off on a Caribbean honeymoon. In thisshow, McAllister and Ryan restored and re-sold homes to make a profit. They played with a PS100,000 loan from BBC in the hope of achieving their ultimate aim of selling the property at PS1M. With the assistance of Nigel Leck, the project manager, they purchased seven properties in the UK. It took longer than two years. The final property they sold was PS1.25 million. After repaying all loans, they made a profit of almost 300,000 that was donated to the BBC's Children in Need Appeal.
