Spara was born in Washington. She is the daughter of Kevin Spara who is a hair salon owner as well as Kim Spara, a dental hygiene professional. She is the middle child along with an older sister Taylor and younger brother Jesse. At the age of 12 she started acting when she joined Kids Theater Works. After having graduated from Washington High School in 2008 and continuing her acting career. She continued acting at Washington High School, which she graduated from in 2008.
