Julius Deion Randle, born November 29, 1994, is an American professional basketball player who plays with the New York Knicks (NBA). He was an NBA All-Star in his second season in 2020-21 , and was awarded the NBA's Most Improved player Award. Randle was also named third-team All American during his NCAA basketball season. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Lakers in the first round of the 2014 NBA draft with the seventh overall pick. When he made his debut in the regular season, Randle broke his right leg and missed the rest of his rookie season. After four years playing for the Lakers He signed with the New Orleans Pelicans before joining the Knicks after one season.
