Tobias Vincent Maguire (born June 27, 1975) is an American actor and film producer. He is best known for his performance as the main character from Sam Raimi's Spider-Man Trilogy (2002-2007). He also reprised that character in Spider-Man 2: No Way Home (2021). Maguire played the lead part in Pleasantville (1998) and Ride with the Devil (1999), The Cider House Rules (1999), Wonder Boys (1999), Seabiscuit (2006), Brothers (2009), The Great Gatsby (2012) and Pawn Sacrifice (2013). Maguire co-produced Good People (2012) and Pawn Sacrifice (2014) with Material Pictures in 2012.
